DR-04P has good compatability with solvent-based resins. Widely
used in high level coating systems and adhesives.
Characteristics and uses
1. Excellent enhancement adhesion to PET, PP, PP/EPDM substrate.
2. Bumper polypropylene binder, PP, PET, PS, PVC, anti-corrosive
coating binder.
3. Good compatibility, can be directly added to acrylic acid,
alkyd, etc paint.
4. Excellent interlayer adhesion with top coating, such as
polyester/three melamine baking paint and polyurethane system.
5. Slightly soluble in 1,6 hexadiol diacrylate, can be used in
ultraviolet photocuring system.

Scope of application
Plastic composite binder, composite ink, with excellent adhesion
Add amount and use method
1. Mix DR-04P with xylene and dissolve into 20% for use. When
considering
environmental protection (banning benzene substances), can change
the solvent
into methyl cyclohexane/butyl acetate or methyl ethyl ketone is
equal to 1/1.
2. When mixing with resin, please test the optimum ratio first.
Storage
1. Keep away from heat and fire
2. Store in a cool, ventilated place and keep the container tight
3. The storage environment is 10 ° C to 40 ° C.
4. The warranty period of this product is 36 months from the
production date.
5. Save solid DR-04P and solution are protected from light at 25℃.
6. When the ambient temperature during storage and transportation
exceeds 40℃ or below 10℃, may form clumps, please extend the
solution agent soaking, low speed stirring time, this is not
influence its performance.
